Thanks everyone for coming to our premier free classes and Open House. It was great to see you all and great to see everyone having fun getting fit!
This week we are featuring a free Step class on Thursday, Sep 15 from 5:45pm – 6:45pm. This fun dance is focused on the lower body and is a great cardio workout. Instructor – Jill Smidt.
Also on Thursday from 6:45pm – 7:45pm we are featuring a free PiYo master class. PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. Instructor – Mary Ann Douglass.
Don’t forget to pick up a punch card for future classes. Jody Jacobi will be featuring Poundfit and Pilates on Wednesdays from 6:00pm – 7:00pm (1/2 hr each).
